Chengde subjects to Hebei province, located in the northeast of Hebei, also near to Beijing, Tianjian and back to Mogolia, Liaoning.?
It's located in the transition zone of Inner Mongolia Plateau and the north China plain, belong to continental monsoon climate with the distinct four seasons. Though the winter is cold, the cold weather from Mongolian was prevented by mountains, the temperature is higher than the other areas in same latitude. The summer is cool with heavy rainfall, almost doesn't exist non-heat period. Four season is suitable to travel, however, in view of the seasonal scenery, the April to October is the best time.
