1) Ouya: All you can imagine
The Ouya - or Eurasia - department store is one of the biggest and most crowded stores in Changchun.
There you find whatever you may want, from clothes to computers and electronics on the highest floors.
This department store does not accept credit cards, just cash!
2) Changchun Mall: Small shopping opportunities in midtown
This mall near home is one of the nicest malls in town.
Besides the various shops, there is also a small supermarket with some imported goods and a McDonald's (for those homesick).

3) Guomao Dixia Shichang: Fake clothes
At anywhere in Chine, there is a place where you can buy counterfeited clothes. They are cheap, if you can haggle about the prices, and of quite good quality.
Directions: It's located in the city centre, just say taxi driver to take you to China World Trade
4) Shopping locations just outside Shangri-La Hotel
You may find shops for international top brands (same prices as international standard), a Wanda Shopping Mall and a Wal-Mart's supermarket among others.
There are Chinese souveniers at the retail outlets in these shops, and also Russian-imported goods shops are also found in the popular districts of Changchun as well as all over Northeast China major cities, such as Shenyang, Harbin and Dalian. The typical items for sale here are: 1) Matryoshka Nesting Dolls, 2) Lenses such as binoculars or telescopes or reading lenses, 3) Russian-style pink gold jewelry and watches, 4) Assorted sundries, such as pen-knives, pewter items, etc., and 5) carved jadework (simulated jade?) in shapes such as a bok-choy lettuce, and other traditional shapes. Anyway, these items are more or less affordable quality.
