Inter City Transportation
1) By Air
There are two airports in Fuzhou, Fuzhou Changle International Airport and Fuzhou Yixu Airport. For international destinations, passengers need to take flights at the Fuzhou Changle International Airport, this airport is also a busy hub in southeastern China. The Fuzhou Yixu Airport is a PLA airbase now.
2) By Train
The important railways passing through Fuzhou are the "Wai Fu Railway", and the "Fuma railway". There are two more railways under construction: The "Wen Fu railway" and the "Fuxia railway". Passengers can take trains to Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Xi’an, Xiamen, Qingdao, and many other major domestic cities.
3) By Bus
The road system of Fuzhou is quite well developed, the network of expressways in Fuzhou makes it convenient for passengers to take buses from Fuzhou to almost all other cities in China.
4) By Boat
From Fuzhou Port, passengers can prefer to take oceangoing freighters and ferry steamers for domestic and international destinations.
