Travel to Guilin

● By Air
Guilin is quite convenient in airline transportation. Guilin Liangjiang International Airport (KWL) is about 28 kilometers (about 17.4 miles) from the city center. The most important daily lines there connect Guilin with the major domestic cities, as Beijing, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Hong Kong, Macau, Nanjing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xian, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Tianjin, etc. There are also international flights to Japan, Korea, etc.

● By Train
Guilin has two main railway stations: Guilin Railway Station (South Station) and Guilin North Railway Station (North Station).
The Guilin Railway Station (South Station) is situated at Zhongshan Road (South), which is more convenient than the North Station. City bus No.3, 4, 16 pass by the South Station. From the South Station, it is much more convenient to get to the inner city or transfer to other cities.

● By Long-distance Bus
The three bus stations in Guilin are: the Chief Bus Station, the Chengnan Bus Station and the Beimen Bus Station. Most coach buses heading for cities in Guangxi and Guangdong depart from the Chief Bus Station. Also, it is convenient for travelers to take bus from Guilin to Yangshuo.

There are two main docks for passengers transport service. They are the Mopanshan Passenger Transport Dock near Mopanshan Mountain, and the Zhujiang Dock.
Every year, there are more than 300,000 tourists to take the Li River cruise from Zhujiang Dock. The distan

ce is about 54 kilometers to travel to Yangshuo. It takes around 4 hours for the cruise. You may enjoy the beautiful scenery in and along the river during the cruise.
