Inter City Transportation
1) By Air
Passengers can take from Harbin airport flights to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Nanjing, and many other major cities in China. Also, there are international flights to cities in Russia, South Korea, and Japan. To get to the airport, passengers can take the airport shuttle on 224 Zhongshan Road.

2) By Train
Harbin, as well as Shenyang, are the most important hubs in northeast China. Harbin has two railway stations, the Harbin Main Station and the East Harbin Station. Passengers can take direct trains from Harbin to Dalian, Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan, Changchun, Tianjin and Shenyang. Passengers can also take express trains to cities in Heilongjiang Province, including Jiamusi, Qiqihar, Suihua and Mudanjiang.
 
3) By Bus
Passengers can take bus to Changchun, Shenyang, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi, Daqing and Hegang easily. However, due to its remote location, the road transportation to other cities in central China is not that easy.

1) By Bus
The public transportation in Harbin city is well developed, with 93 bus routes. Passengers may find it easy to get to their destinations in the urban area. Also, there are minibuses to some scenic spots.

2) By Taxi
The most commonly seen taxi type in Harbin is the Xiali cars, the flag-down fare is RMB 7 for the first three kilometers, and RMB 1.6 for every extra kilometer. The taxis of Santana, Jetta, Fukang in Harbin charge more, with the flag-down fare being RMB 8 for the first three kilometers and RMB 1.9 for every extra kilometer.
