By Flight
The airport in Sanya is Sanya Phoenix International Airport. It is located to the northwest of Sanya City. Passengers can take flights from here to 80 cities in home and abroad.Passengers can take the Airport Shuttle Bus and taxis to the tourist sites and the downtown area in Sanya very conveniently.
By Long-distance Bus
Sanya's Main Bus Station is located in Jiefang Erlu. There are over 100 long-distance buses departing from this station from 07:00am to 23:00pm everyday everyday. Passengers may take buses to every county or city of Hainan as well as to some other provinces like Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, and Jiangxi.
Visitors to Haikou may take the special express bus with an interval of 20 minutes. The ticket price is CNY49 for an ordinary bus and CNY79 for a deluxe bus.
By Train
The Western Railway in Hainan runs along the western coastline of Hainan Province through several cities and scenic areas. From Sanya Railway Station passengers may take trains to Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, passing through Haikou City. The trains are very well equipped with air-conditioning, etc..

By City-bus
It is very convenient to take bus in Sanya. Buses in Sanya may take visitors to almost every county and tourist attraction. The main route is from Dadonghai to Civil Aviation Stop, the ticket price is from CNY1-4 in accordance with the destinations you are bound for.
By Taxi
The flag-down fare is CNY5 to CNY6 including the first three kilometers. CNY1.3 or CNY1.5 per kilometer, depending on the taxi types, is charged for additional distance. At night (01:00-05:00), taxi fare involves an added 20% on top of the base fare.
