Bangchui Island Scenic Spot is located at the end of Binghai Road and about 9 kilometers away from the center of the city.
During the 1950s and 1960s, many important meetings of the Chinese government were held in Dalian, and leaders of China and others from all over the world came to meet there, so Dalian decide to built a guesthouse for convenience. And that is the only state guesthouse in the whole Daian.
Bangchui Island Scenic Spot is surrounded by the mountains and many green pine and cypress. In the front of the scenic spot, there are wide ocean and smooth beach. In addition, from there, visitors can also see San Shan Island, which was surrounded by flog and cloud just like a mountain for the immortals. Not far from the coastal, there is an island, shaped like a ginseng and named Bangchui Island, covers an area of 0.3 square kilometers.
