Go to Beijing airport on your own, then take NO. T27 train to Lhasa (about 46.5 hours).
Along the way, you can see with the Qinghai Lake Landscape, Kunlun Mountains, Zhang Jiangyuan, the Qiangzang Grassland landscape zone, Naqu to Lhasa area landscape, and also the pastoral areas of northern Tibet's unique ethnic customs and religious culture. Across the Kekexili Nature Reserve, Chumaerhe, the source of the Yangtze River, Budongquan, Five Beam, the first Yangtze River Bridge Tuotuo River Bridge, Jinganduo grassland and Nagqu grassland then arrived in Lhasa.

Activities: Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor.

After breakfast, your local guide will pick you up at the hotel and accompany you to the Potala Palace, a structure of massive proportions. Its towering image will appear again on various occasions throughout your trip, but your first sight of the Potala will truly be an awe - inspiring moment. It takes at least a good 2 hours to visit the palace rooms, halls, and chapels.
Some 2km to the east of the Potala is the most revered religious structure in Tibet, Jokhang Temple. The temple, bustling with worshippers and redolent with mystery, is an unrivalled experience.
The quadrangle of streets surrounding the Jokhang is the Barkhor - Lhasa's most interesting pilgrimage circuit. This area of the Old Town is both the spiritual heart of Lhasa and the main commercial district for Tibetans.
Return to the hotel. Your local guide will suggest a restaurant option and shopping destination for the rest of the day.

Lhasa -- Gyaangzee -- Shiagatse
Accommodation: Shiagatse
Activities: Gangbala Mountain, Karuola Glacier, Gyaangzee, Shiagatse
Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch,Dinner
Transportation: Bus
After breakfast, depart from Lhasa and cross the Gangbala Mountain (4,852 m). Standing at the mountain pass, you will see Yangzhuoyongcuo which is one of the most famous heavenly lakes in Tibet.
Around Yangzhuoyongcuo you will meet Karuola Glacier and then proceed to Gyaangzee.
Then visit the Palkor Monastery which is the only monastery who collects three major religious sects in Tibet. And it is known for its exquisite murals and sculptures.
Next proceed to Shiagatse.

DAY6
Xegar
Accommodation: Xegar
Activities: Proceed to Xegar.
Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch,Dinner
Transportation: Bus
After breakfast, take bus to Xegar.
In the afternoon, climb over the mountain pass of Jiacula. After driving 250 kilometers (dirt roads, poor road conditions) you will reach Xegar. Enjoy the Tibetan way of the magnificent desolation and beauty.

Mount Qomolangma
Accommodation: Mount Qomolangma Base Camp
Activities: Rongbuk Monastery,Mount Qomolangma
Meals:Breakfast, Chinese Lunch,Dinner
Transportation: Bus
After breakfast, go across the Tingri border for immigration formalities.
Then proceed to the Rongbuk Monastery which is the highest monastery in the world. Also it is thought to be the best place for overlooking the Mount Qomolangma.
Next proceed to the Mount Qomolangma Base Camp. (Elevation: 5200m)
The highest peak Mount Qomolangma is in your eyes. (Elevation: 8848m)
Not only can you enjoy the most well-preserved and the Rongbuk Glacier in the world today, but also can see the Everest Flag cloud.

Shiagatse

Activities: Watch the sunrise, Return to hiagatse

Getting up early to watch the sunrise. You will find that the sunrise is a very beautiful sight you've never seen before. Then return to Shiagatse.

Activities: Tashilhunpo Monastery, Return to Lhasa

After breakfast, visit Tashilhunpo Monastery which was built in 1447.
It strongly attracted by Buddhist followers at home and abroad. Visitors are here to worship, praised. Temple worship is 26 meters high the world's largest indoor bronze statue - the Palestinian-Buddha.
Next proceed to the market of Shigatse.
Then return to Lhasa and you can enjoy the scenes of canyons.
