In the morning, we'll visit Tian'anmen Square, the largest public square in the world, and the Palace Museum, also known as the Forbidden City. This complex of imperial palaces was home to emperors for over 500 years during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
After lunch, we'll head to the Summer Palace, a former summer resort for the imperial court, and take a boat ride on Lake Kunming.
In the evening, you'll feast on delicious Beijing Roast Duck for dinner.

Today's Activities:
Today is set aside for a cultural excursion to the unforgettable Badaling Great Wall, a must-see attraction for all who visit China.
After lunch, we'll move on to the Ming Tombs, where giant marble statues along the Sacred Way guard the massive tombs of emperors (1368-1644AD).

Today's Activities:
You will have an early morning visit to the Temple of Heaven , where you can see local people doing taiji (tai chi) and morning exercises. This was where emperors prayed for good harvests, sought divine approval and atoned for the perceived sins of the people.
Afterwards, we will go on a tour of Beijing's Hutong areas for a glimpse of local life. In the narrow hutong lanes and alleys, you'll witness the charm of old Beijing and get a taste of street life.
For dinner, you'll eat like Beijingers at a local restaurant before attending a cultural show that will give you a special impression of China.

Today's Activities:
You'll arrive by plane in the morning and be greeted by your local guide.
Afterwards, we'll visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Xi'an's signatural landmark and the home of original Buddhist scriptures brought from India during the Tang Dynasty.
Then it's off to the Provincial History Museum, which features artifa dating back over 6,000 years.
Afterwards, come back to hotel.

Xi'an
Today's Activities:
You'll enjoy a tour of the Terracotta Army Museum , where life-sized infantrymen, archers, officers and their horses guard the tomb of China's first emperor, Qin Shihuang.
Afterwards, you will visit the City Wall that still encompasses the center of Xi'an.
Later, you'll have a sumptuous dumpling dinner and enjoy a Tang Dynasty Show.

Today's Activities:
Your guide will meet you at the airport before leading you on a tour that takes in the Wooded Western Hills, the astonishing Dragon Gate Grotto carved from living rock, the Grand Dragon Gate with its dramatic view of Dian Lake.
Afterwards, you will take the flight to Kunming.

Today's Activities:
Your guide will meet you at the hotel. Over the course of the day, you will tour Green Lake Park, and Shilin Stone Forest , which has the typical karst topography (area of limestone terrain) according to geologists, and several surrounding Sani minority villages.
Afterwards, you'll be brought back to your hotel after dinner.

Kunming-Dali
Today's Activities:
You'll travel to Dali by air and be brought to your hotel.
After check-in, you will visit the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Monastery , which are by far the most well-known and magnificent pagodas.Originally, the Chongsheng Monastery was built to be near the Dali Three Pagodas, so people call them "Chongsheng Monastery & Three Pagodas".
After lunch, you'll take a cruise on Erhai Lake and enjoy a three-course tea in the style of the Bai people.
In the afternoon, you'll visit a Bai village, learn how they make their unique batik cloth and tour the traditional courtyards of Xizhou Town.
Afterwards, come back to hotel.

Today's Activities:
Travel to Lijiang by coach and you will be brought to your hotel.
After check-in, you'll visit Lijiang's charming Old Town, where you can roam the streets, explore local shops and sample regional Naxi specialties.

Your guide will meet you at your hotel in the morning and take you to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain to enjoy the serene beauty of a natural glacier by ropeway. Moving down from the mountaintop, you can see rivers and pools formed by melting snow running along the valley floor and through the forests.

You'll arrive by plane in Shanghai in the afternoon.

Today we'll visit the Bund, Shanghai's famous riverfront, featuring outstanding examples of European colonial architecture and postcard-perfect views of the futuristic Pudong skyline.
Next stop: Yu Gardens, former residence of imperial officials, featuring tranquil classical gardens. Then, it's on to the Jade Buddha Temple, home of a priceless jade Buddha sculpture. Finally, an acrobatics show will light up your evening and is sure to impress with astonishing displays of skill and strength. Afterwards, you will have a stroll on Nanjing Road, one of the most prosperous business streets in China.
